June is an Arts Manager & Development Consultant and a qualified, supervised and insured 
Life & Business Coach. 
June is also the part time Coordinating Producer for Plymouth DanceIn this role she manages a team of Project Coordinators and Consultants and delivers a range of Citywide community and professional dance projects. The strategic development areas for dance in Plymouth are marketing, information and networking, programming and curating, education and engagement (including Dance and Health and Dance and Disability projects) and professional development/capacity building. 

This strategy is delivered by connecting potential partners, creating projects and a vision for dance in Plymouth and celebrating the new and existing dance opportunities within the City.

In July 2015, Plymouth Dance hosted the national youth dance event - U.Dance 2015.

2010 to 2017, June was an Associate Lecturer at Plymouth University.

Past and present consultancy, coaching, facilitation and training clients include Hofesh Shechter, Humanhood, Heather Walrond Dance, Exim Dance, Alleyne Dance, Jo Rhodes (Challenge 59 Project), Jeanefer Jean-Charles, Louise Katerega, Laila Diallo, Jane Mason, Lisa May Thomas, Niki McCretton, c-scape, IDMN, Swindon Dance, Dance South West, South East Dance, Hampshire Dance, Hampshire County Council, The Actors Centre, East London Dance, The Works, Siobhan Davies Dance, Dance City, the Association of Dance of the African Diaspora (ADAD), Akademi, Dartington at Falmouth University, The Place Artist Development, Hofesh Shechter Dance Company (Apprentice scheme) and New Adventures (Overture programme).

1989 to 2005, June was on the Board of Directors (Chair 1989 - 1997) for a children's theatre company - KAZZUM ARTS PROJECT. She was also the first Coordinator of ADAD (1994 - 1997) and a member of the Standing Committee (1997 - 2000). She was a founder member of the Independent Dance Management Network and Director of iDC (Integrated Dance Company) in Plymouth.
